1. Eligibility for Returns
You may request a return or exchange if:
- The item is unused, unworn, and in its original condition
- The item is returned in its original packaging
- The request is made within 3–7 days of delivery
Items that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Worn or used items
- Damaged items caused by misuse
- Items without original packaging
- Clearance or final sale items (if applicable)
3. Return Process
To initiate a return:

- Provide your order details and reason for return
- Our team will guide you on the next steps
Do not return items without contacting us first.
4. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected:
- Approved refunds will be processed within 3–5 business days
- Refunds will be issued via the original payment method (or agreed alternative)
We reserve the right to deny refunds if the item does not meet our return conditions.
5. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are:
- Defective
- Damaged upon delivery
- Incorrect item received
If you need an exchange, contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.
6. Shipping Costs
- Customers may be responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect
- Original delivery fees are non-refundable (unless due to our error)

- Provide clear photos as proof
We will resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
